When entering in a new order, how do i manually control email notifications, so when I make changes to the order, the customer is not inundated with emails every time I make changes?

Hi Ginette,
the customer will only get email notifications when you change Order status or when you assign a Driver to the order manually.
The whole process if automated so no notifications are missed by the customer.

What kind of changes are you making to the orders that send unwanted notifications? Please send us examples if you have noticed that email notifications are sent which you think are unimportant.

Hope this helps.

We have had a lot of feedback from the clients that they are receiving way too many emails. If you spell something wrong and have to go back in to correct it or to enter a different telephone number it sends an email. is there no way to cut automatic notifications completely off and I can send them manually? I really don't have any current examples to send you.

Thanks,

Ginette
